Rhonda takes her role as a lifetime learner to heart. She is a woman of faith and love, who was born and raised on the east side of Detroit. She graduated from THEE Cass Technical high school, went on to Oakland University for her bachelors in journalism, followed by Capella University to obtain her masters in marriage and family therapy.

 

She is motivated by the challenge of learning new things in her career as a therapist, and finds great joy and satisfaction in her ability to help others in their most challenging times. In addition to seeing mental health clients at a private practice in the Metro Detroit area, Rhonda is also available to facilitate workplace or community workshops, and is a certified wedding officiant.

 

Rhonda wears many hats, as she is a wife and mother of 2, and juggles many interests and social engagements with friends, family, and her LLD sisters. In her spare time she likes to read, write, listen to music, be out in nature, and binge watch HGTV and cooking shows. After years of freelance writing, she also has a goal to add the title of “author” to her resume.
