Allison is a passionate leader, encourager, and woman of faith who is committed to helping others grow, find their voice, and walk confidently in their purpose. As a UniServ Director, she advocates fiercely for educators and believes in standing for what is right—even when the truth is uncomfortable.

 

Her love for people extends beyond her professional work. She serves in ministry, leads women’s Bible studies and small groups, sings at church, and enjoys mentoring and pouring into others spiritually and personally. She loves the sisterhood she has found in the Ladies League of Detroit, where she values the bonds of friendship, fellowship, and service.

 

A wife, mother, mentor, leader, and minister, Allison brings a unique combination of strength, humor, compassion, and faith to everything she does. She believes women are stronger when they encourage one another, serve together, and create spaces where everyone can grow.

 

Whether she is advocating for others, teaching Scripture, mentoring a woman, serving her community, or spending time with the people she loves, Allison’s heart is to leave people better, stronger, and closer to God than she found them.
